We offer a full refund or exchange if contacted within 14 days if the error was on our end. As Christians we strive to make sure the product is good, but I know things do happen, maybe the lettering somehow is coming up, or when receive maybe a thread becomes loose before its time, etc. Just reach out to me and we can see how to make your experience good and that you will be satsified with your purchase. In certain situations we do ask for the return of the item, because if its an issue with the thread of the shirt then I need to contact the place where I purchase my blanks. 

If you're not satisfied with the product and it's not our error, please reach out to me so that I can see what the issue is and maybe we can come to some solution. If a refund is granted we do ask that you please return item, and we can issue the refund.
